Lincoln Youth Sports Association
(LYSA), a
non-profit youth organization, is pleased to provide patrons of the various
downtown businesses, as well as University students, faculty, and staff, a
very inexpensive parking solution. It is important to note that your parking dollar not only provides you
with a convenient place to park but also helps to provide education and
involvement opportunities for the youth in our community. General Information Locations:
901 "S" street
- just north of the Lincoln Journal/Star, and adjacent
to both
1001 "Y"
street - 3 blocks north of the
1101 "Y"
street - 3 blocks north of the Availability: Rates: Event Parking Downtown Lincoln is home to numerous events and activities throughout the
year and parking is a high priority for the attendees of these events.
Daily parking is available for most downtown events. However, Daily
Parking at any of the LYSA lots is not available during Husker football home games. Vehicles
remaining on the lot after 2:00am the day of the game will be considered in
violation and subsequently towed. See "Parking Violations" below for

Violations Our parking lot is checked frequently throughout the day to verify proper
payment--and yes, even after 2:00am. Those not paying correctly will need
to call Lincolnland Towing to retrieve their vehicle. Sorry,
there are no
exceptions if you fail to pay.
